By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended production timeline.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules and supplier availability.

Customs Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Planet‑X does not collect or control these fees and will not refund orders due to refusal to pay customs charges.

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, return shipping and related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Planet‑X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking confirms non-delivery, please contact us within 7 days for investigation.
