Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

1. The item is defective or damaged upon delivery, or 
2. The item was not delivered and tracking confirms non-delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

- Claims must be submitted within **7 days of delivery**
- Clear photo or video proof is required
- Packaging must be retained
- We may offer a replacement before issuing a refund

Non-Delivery

- Orders shipped with tracking
- If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for theft after delivery
- If tracking confirms non-delivery, we will investigate and provide a resolution

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing fraudulent disputes may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
